I have been a patient of the Dr. For over ten years. I hope they can bring back the fast ,and friendly way they used to do things. Having to wait is part of this, but…the indifferent attitude shown by the caricature they have at the forum desk was hard to sit through, let alone the staggering amount of missteps …..even putting callers on hold for long periods of time to make it seem as if she was addressing there issues.only to pick up again to say nope! Personally witnessed this happen three times.
