All of us have at some point in our lives experienced excruciating pain! About 4 years ago, I managed to make it through 8 consecutive months of severe lower back pain. 24/7 - night and day!!! Every heartbeat was accompanied by pounding pain! Tossing and turning!
After an in depth evaluation, my doctor recommended an MRI and surgery as a final resort. I left completely disheartened! No time for surgery and no time for long term recovery either.
Then, luckily, a friend highly recommended Dr. Tom. Since I have always preferred a "natural" approach to the "under the knife" ordeal, I decided to give it a try.
After only 3 weeks of several weekly appointments I was pain free!
Dr. Tom's professional expertise is unmatched! He has been successfully practicing for over 25 years. His long term clients are loyal to him. Some of them have not been shying away from long distance rides, just to be treated by Dr. Tom.
While waiting in the waiting room, I had the privilege to chat and get to know many other patients. Some of them have been coming for 20+ years. What could be a better referral!
Most of Dr. Tom's patients do not mind the occasional wait because we all know that he dedicates all of his time to his patients in pain,
While other chiropractors follow a rigid schedule with no "wriggle room", he adjusts his time to the needs of every single one of his patients. You will NEVER hear him say, "Time is up!".
If you are hurting, he does all he can to make you feel better instantly.
In conclusion, his approach is ALL manual, no machines whatsoever which is extremely rare in his field.
Rosie, his assistant at the front desk is very helpful, diligent, and thorough! She is delightful and caring. She knows every patient and their families. She always takes the utmost care to decorate the "office" as the seasons come and go. I always look forward to snacking a treat, e.g. at Halloween.
Dr. Tom's office does have a cozy family feel to it!
If you want the very best of chiropractic care, there is NO other place to go in the entire Bay Area.
I highly recommend Dr. Tom! He definitely deserves a "SUMMA CUM LAUDE!" :)

You do have to wait a while on occasion but LOVE Mosca's work! He takes the time to massage the tissue and really cares about his clients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw Dr. Mosca for four visits. At each visit, I had to wait an average of 40 minutes to see him.

His receptionist at the time, was, to put it bluntly, a floozy. I was never sent a bill. And was under the impression that my co-pays and insurance were sufficient to cover all charges.

I received a bill from them almost a year and a half later, saying if I did not pay in 10 days it would go to collections!! I was now covered by a different insurer and trying to figure out what had been paid, etc. going back and forth with Blue Cross, not an easy process.

Well apparently I was not quick enough, it was sent to a collection agency which has now done serious damage to my credit.

What a terrible way to run a business, I am really disgusted by his business practices.
