Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

I am retuning for visit after 10 months away. I have spinal degeneration and scoliocis. My left arm was in such excrutiating pain I could not move it without agonizing. My Dr referrerd me to a Nurologist and stated I must have neck fused to stop pain. So I returned to Chiro. After each of three visits it was much better progrssivley. Now I have tingle and or itchy in fingers only. Hodge is the best!

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
