Being a 1st time patient of chiropractic I was leary about what it could do for me. But Dr. Russo was very good at making me feel at ease right away. He explained what he can do for me and what he was going to do for treatment step by step which was nice instead of just throwing me on a table and telling me to relax. After a few treatments, I feel better and will keep going back.

I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. e else. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. One thing I really like is that they are working with me to schedule appointments that are easy for me to get there. I am recovering from a major car accident, and they have been a GodSend. They definitely care about their patients. The staff is such a friendly group of people. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
