They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.
