I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was amazed at how skilled and not pushy the doctor was.After being treated for a year by another chiropractor who did not alleviate my pain and used the wrong technique on me, I was so shocked how much the first visit with Dr. Kowalski made me feel better. I honestly never thought I would feel OK again. With in the first week of getting treated by Dr. Lowalski I definitely felt I was on my way back to recovery. There was so much relief I never thought I would have again and it is why I deiced he definitely is worthy of this review and since then I have not stopped recommending him to my family and anyone else complaining of back issues.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
