I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
