He is an amazing therapist. We have worked with him for our child that we adopted out of care. He is great at providing realistic solutions and having the child take responsibility for their actions. We have seen many other therapists for our child and he is the only one who could explain why my child does the things my child dose and has an actual plan for helping. He is also great at advocating for his clients and is very experienced. I have heard him recommended by so many other people who have kids with extreme behaviors or work with kids who have extreme behaviors. That is how we found him and they were right. He is great.

I was very disappointed with Max and his professionalism. He did not give any regard to a legal aspect of things and made a diagnosis without testing and would not take into consideration the family dynamic before making recommendations. He made intense recommendations with one point of view. Very disappointed.

Max helps me with how to respond to my child and then helps my child with her behaviors. He doesn't let her get away with anything but also reinforces her positive qualities. Every single time he has her recite her 10 good qualities. We have been in therapy for a very long time and I thank God for leading us to Max and Jennie.

Max has been working with my two daughters in equine therapy. He has been great! One daughter will only go ride if Max is there because "he won't let me get away with saying everything is fine."

My partner and I just could not see eye to eye and after just a few visits with this therapist I could finally understand what my partner was trying to communicate. They really helped open up the lines of communication and we have a much better understanding of how to resolve our disagreements civilly now. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Dont go unless you want a divorce. She will sleep with your husband and then self-righteously act like their is something wrong with you. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
