They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They didn't leave me unattended once during my consultation, which I really appreciated. I'm definitely going to recommend them to all my friends and family members. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
