Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've always been very respectful and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've heard of other psychologists doing that and I think it's so rude. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The entire time I was there, their entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
