He is amazing. He absolutely helped me put my life back together after a very mean divorce and a subsequent abusive relationship. My guess is, he has no idea how much my sessions with him impacted my life in a very positive way.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to listen to me. I understand they have their own opinions about things, but they should really treat their clients better by listening rather than trying to impose their own thoughts. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments (is there a reason for that?).

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I thought that the chair they provided for me during the session was nice and comfortable. It's nice that they care about client comfort.
