Dr. Winkler was incredibly effective in helping me deal with my issues. He has always gone above and beyond to make me feel that I was on the path to wellness. He has always been extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. I highly recommend this provider, as I have never had a better experience with a person in this field.

I do not recommend this provider to anyone. I am a young, working adult with excellent health insurance. Typically, when I visit a provider and they have no idea what my out of pocket costs will be (as is the case when you see an in network provider) they bill insurance and then bill the patient. This man had a policy that all payment was due up front, even if he had no idea what I was going to owe. I visisted his office on March 03, 2011, at the time my deductible had not yet been met. He didn't submit the claim until mid April 2011 and by that time, my deductible had since been met. He received his payment from the insurance provider on April 15, 2011. Due to him insisting on payment up front despite having no clue what I would owe him, he now owes me a refund of $77.40. I have called him multiple times and have not received the courtest of a return phone call, or a refund check. I am sure that this greedy man is in a better position financially then myself and I am appaled at his willingness to create stress for a patient rather than alleviate it as he is paid to do.

Don't see this provider!!!!
