They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

I went to the Fred Holtz pscyhological group hoping I would find someone who could help me with OCD, the therapist was falling asleep in the chair. The girl Marissa at the front desk started yelling at me that if my insurance papers weren't in time not to come in and that she had a long wait list and didn't need me to come there, and she hung up the phone and was very very nasty and then would not pick up the phone. When I tried contacting Mr. Holtz, he never returned my calls. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They are terrible there and will not help. I wasted my time and money going to someone who just sat there and could tell me nothing. I won't recomment them to my worst enemy. My neice also went there and said they are a bunch of weirdos.
