bad therapist, doesn't care about client's feelings and only end-goal "resolution". Very dismissive of feelings and thinks the path forward is blanket "forgiveness". No, Ingrid. Go bad to school.

My husband and I saw Ingrid (and her co-therapist Jim) for four-person couples therapy for a year and a half -- spending approx. $20K on the process. Both my husband and I were committed to saving and healing our marriage when we started counseling...sadly, our marriage disintegrated during the process we experienced with Ingrid and Jim. The communication between the two of them seemed ineffective and they often seemed out of touch with what the other was working on with my husband/me. (He and I were left comparing notes and trying to figure out what to do and how to guide our own therapy process.) Our marriage was a casualty of their inexperience and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend Ingrid as a counselor.

If you actually want to get divorced, this is the counselor for you. Ingrid focused more on how we would divorce well vs. working on the mariage.

If you have plenty of time and plenty of money Ingrid may be your counselor. We went through the typical exercises but I never felt that Ingrid had any skin in the game in terms of turning our relationship around. We were mostly left to ourselves to try and figure out how to work things out.

Ingrid made our marital problems worse. She initially told us that we would only need 6-10 sessions to solve our problems, after seeing her biweekly for almost 4 years our marital problems and personal problems were much worse.

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my phone call seeking services. I left two messages as I could never get anyone to answer. . I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

I have known Ingrid Pruitt for over a year now, and I highly reccomend Ingrid for any family / relationship needs you may have. I have experienced so much positive change and hope for the future since meeting Ingrid. I am so comfortable with her and the enviroment she provides for her cliets is just the kind of serenity that makes you feel at home to work on the things that matter most to you and the people you care about. Ingrid has the ability to enable you to initiate your self in ways you never thought possible. To help you to navigate your life in a positive way to better the entire foundation by which we all are made of. If you need help with your personal relationship/ whether it be spouse/ partner/ children. Please call Ingrid. You will be so glad you did. I am. I can't see Dr. Phil, So I see Ingrid Pruitt !
