We saw her in her home to interview her to see if she was the right match for us. We were there for an allotted time and we both thought we could have left earlier (like 30 minutes sooner). Her house smelled like animals, though we didn't see or hear any. We were interviewing her and had a list of questions to get through. This appeared annoying to her (since that's really subjective, it may not be true but it is what we both felt). We asked what was the most difficult situation she encountered and how did she handle it. She was taken aback and that was obvious. The answer she gave was one either one of us could've drummed up quickly, so we ignored her response or chalked it up as just being stupid. She has 30 years in the business and blew off the answer... She was at best cold and didn't seem to have any genuine interest in either of us, which may be fine for an interview visit.

We chose a therapist who had fewer credentials but more knowledge and the ability to relate. The letters that followed her name became meaningless.

Her bill was outrageous.

Linda is a very caring and helpful therapist who understood my concerns about personal issues and problems. I am living a happier life because of her. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
