This is the worst place you can possibly choose. Did more damage to my child than good. I went back to my pediatrician who referred her to complain as well. Awful experiences and she never was able to tell us anything about what our child was going through. Just don't.

I started going to Dr. Rosen shortly after my sister passed away 3 years ago. Dr. Rosen has really helped me cope with the loss of my sister, who was my best friend, and all of my recent life changes without her. I didn't know how I'd make it through and Dr. Rosen has really helped me. She has a very gentle, kind manor. She has become a friend with whom I can share anything.

I went to Dr. Caryl Rosen for almost 2 years after losing my daughter. She is absolutely wonderful. She made me so comfortable, and I could talk to her about anything, and cry all I needed to. I HIGHLY recommend that people see her. She helped me to accept the loss as well as possible, with less guilt. There are a lot of guilty feelings when you lose a child, no matter how, but she made me realize that it was not under my control. I felt that she became a good friend.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Every time I tried to give them my input or concern, they just interrupted me or cut me off. They didn't care at all what I had to say. They're very unreliable, and are constantly canceling my appointment on me last minute. I don't feel like I can ever be confident that my appointment is actually going to happen. Every time I visit them I have to remind them who I am and why I'm there. It makes me feel like they don't really care about me or listen to me while I'm there. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.
