Sybil Dudley, LCSW Solutions, LLC in Richmond Hill is a phenomenal mental health professional. She shows considerable kindness, patience and is knowledgeable about all aspects of counseling and mental health issues. Sybil Dudley has created a safe place for me as well as all her clients to come and shows every client great respect. I've been to lot's of counselor's and I can say that she ranks at the top. She respects my autonomy through support, by advocating with me and for me, and helps to maintain my rights to freedom and independence. She helps me to identify and change my negative thoughts, behaviors and capitalize on my strengths. She is empathetic, compassionate and confidential with all aspects of severe child abuse, self esteem issues, work place challenges, family challenges, depression, anxiety and PTSD, She can be trusted as a nonjudgmental counselor. She challenges me and is always available to support me in all aspects of growth. She has saved my life and when I thought my life was over she has helped to restore my hope. It saddens me that anyone would ever have anything negative to say about her as she is truly incredible. I strongly disagree with what another reviewer has stated about Sybil Dudley because it is simply not the experience that I have come to know and experience with her for the past several years. I have known her for a number of years and trust in her wealth of information, suggestions for growth, honest candor and true professional nature. I would recommend her to anyone searching for assistance in all aspects of life. Thank you, Sybil Dudley for your commitment to the profession of counseling and mental health!

Sybil Dudley is an amazing counselor/therapist! I was recommended by a friend and I have had absolutely no regrets. She is patient, kind caring, knowledgeable and can be well trusted. She is genuinely interested in her clients and listens with empathy. When things are just not going well for her clients she works hard to come up with a plan to help. She is flexible and is accessible. She is available in ones time of need in a very authentic way. I know that anyone that is blessed to be treated by her will be thoroughly happy and will gain the necessary skills through her guidance to live a more productive and healthy lifestyle.

This woman was the epitome of everything a psychologist SHOULD NOT be. She asked me why I didn't want a real relationship with my dad, so I explained that he beat me as a child. She had the audacity to respond, "Why didn't you leave?" For one, how is it even possible for someone with her job to not understand the difficulties a child would encounter trying to "just leave" her home? Secondly, aren't psychologists supposed to refrain from blaming the victim? She made it sound as though the abuse was my fault. If I knew who to report her to for that one, I would. That aside, she was also very insulting of me. I came in because I had a lot of bottled up feelings that I needed to talk to, and she was not at all warm or open to listening to how I feel. All she did was tell me I was idiotic in a roundabout way and rush me out so she could meet with another client. If you need someone warm to make you feel safe discussing your innermost feelings, don't go to her. If you need someone to essentially tell you to get over it because you're a moron for feeling the way you do, then head over to Sybil Dudley's office.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
