They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were little met, but they hardly make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They made some effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are forgetfull. They think whats best for them is what you need, not what you want help in

This provider has somewhat helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were very polite and somewhat helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I'll maybe be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Has a little trouble remembering things.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they need to arrive at what will help me or have a better understanding. They need to understand where I was coming from and what help I asked for. The waiting room here is ok. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. This provider has helpful information available online, which is somewhat convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
