I've tried contacting Kristi twice now and have never been given the courtesy of a response, either by email or telephone. When you find yourself in a place where you're reaching out for help, having someone not even bother to respond, especially a professional, definitely does not improve one's outlook.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
