Initially, I liked Dr. Lenhart. However, I was turned off by the fact that, from day one, she seemed much more concerned about getting paid than about conducting the ADHD analysis on my son. Several times she insisted that we fill out a form promising that she would be paid. Then, I thought it was odd that the extent of her analysis consisted of watching my son play during four one-hour visits. Finally, we finished our visits in mid-February and waited for the insurance company to pay before we were able to determine the balance we owed. But Dr. Lenhart didn't want to wait. She immediately sent a bill, and before the insurance company even settled, she turned us over to a collections agency. When the insurance company DID settle (leaving us with a balance of $60), I called the collections agency and filled them in on the status of the claim, but we're still receiving notices from the collections agency. Oh, and one more thing: When we did finally receive my son's analysis, Dr. Lenhart had my name wrong on the form she sent us (she called both me and my son by his name). I was turned off by the whole experience, and my wife and I also felt Dr. Lenhart's analysis was off the mark. I would not, under any circumstances, recommend Dr. Lenhart unless you want a quack who cares more about getting paid than she does about your well-being.
