i love this class. bruce is the best. relaxing, non-stressful class. anyone and everyone can take his class. this is getting to know your body and moving as your body works, not the guy next to you. i have taken bruce's class over and over again. it's that good. try it. i was invited to this class years ago by a friend with newly gotten breast cancer. i never ever thought that yoga would be for me. it is. it's just the best thing i have ever done for myself and the best thing i share with others. vicky, wi
