We cannot avoid growing older but we can care for the bodies and spirits that we have been given. II have practiced at Simply Yoga for 10 years and at 74 years of age, I know that I am protecting myself as best I can. Simple Yoga at Eagleview is a place of peace and joy. There is a wonderful diverse group of people and no judgment. Give yourself the gift .

I highly recommend this studio. When I was new to yoga, I started out with a private class with the owner, Debra, as I wanted some specific instruction about practicing yoga while healing from an injury. She is warm, caring and gave great input. One of the things that sets her apart is her gift for choosing such great music to complement the work you are doing in class; it makes it a respite for your mind and soul as much as for your body. I've since attended classes with various Turks Head teachers; they've been great! You won't be disappointed.

I have been taking yoga classes at Simply Yoga for several years now, and I am amazed at the quality of the instructors and the upkeep of the facility. In the last 6 months, they have started several new classes and held some workshops that have given me a much deeper understanding of my practice. I would definitely recommend that you try them out if you are interested in starting or already have a yoga practice. I think you will also be pleasantly surprised!
