It's been a while since I've able to attend class but Ms. Harriet is truly an awesome instructor with safe and comfortable environment with instruction and adaptions for larger people like myself. I will be returning to class soon and I will also bring my son along with me. My experience has been very positive. I love this class.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I was so impressed with the yoga taught by Harriet. It was so nice to arrive and find such a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. This place is great, and I'll definitely be going back. Harriet went out of her way to make me feel special.

I truly feel Harriet's heart is instructing the physical aspect of yoga, but also in providing knowledge of a holistic yoga experience that involves the mind and senses, as well. Harriet is patient, calm, cool & collective and is very understanding of all body types and each individuals unique strengths and weaknesses. I would recommend Harriet to anyone.
