I have never taken yoga before and I am almost 70 years old with some health issues. I have found the center to be very friendly and accommodating. They do offer senior discounts. Their selection of classes are great. I attend tthe soft and gente yoga class twice a week with Bonnie.. She is always encouraging, very informative and makes each class a special experience. Yoga has helped me with my chronic back problems and flexibility. I would highly recommend this yoga center.

I was given a friendly greeting when I walked in. I immediately felt comfortable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There are so many class times available. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were absolutely amazing and make other yoga centers look like gyms.

The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.
