Nimet is a knowledgable teacher, with relaxed energy, and always gives insights into alternate postures and levels of difficulty. The group is friendly, without requiring perfection, or competing to keep up with every move. The practise is spiritually enriching, as well as physically strengthening.

When I come in, Nimet greets me. She makes me feel welcome, special and appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, Nimet use E-Mail to keep people up to date on locations and class schedules. She is extremely reliable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned she is for my well-being. Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. She is taking more classes this year to further advance our study together. Her classes are very Spirtual and relaxing.

I have been doing Yoga for quite sometime, and found out at Nimet and the Holy Yoga and Northern Lights Yoga in the paper - - I am so glad that I found her - She is a very Christian, caring person - and a top notch, very qualified Yoga instructor. She treats everyone as if they were the only one in her class, and totally admires you as an individual human being. I can't say enough about Nimet and her practice - --

She makes veryone feel equally respected and cared for. She really creates a calming, serene atmosphere during the class. Everything from the lighting to the music to the smell of the room is taken into account, and it made my experience that much more amazing. She puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. One thing I noticed was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
