I began my yoga practice with Gabriele at least ten years ago and have attended other classes with other teachers in this span of time. Without hesitation or doubt, I can say that Gabriele by far is the most knowledgeable, conscientious, and devout in her dedication to the practice of yoga. For her yoga is a way of life, a passion, and a commitment. These qualities come through in her teaching as she gently guides students through a progression of postures and poses. In so doing, both beginners and more advanced students can benefit and progress further in her classes. Besides being a highly skilled teacher, Gabriele is a motivator and an encouraging coach to her students. She makes you feel like each class is specifically devoted to you as she compliments you and passionately challenges you to hold poses more precisely and with greater confidence. For me, Gabriele has ignited in me a flame for yoga that will never burn out.

Gabriele is an expert practitioner of gentle yoga. Not only does she understand the history and theoretical practice of yoga and meditation, she is also very patient with beginners or those who like to understand theory and method before they practice yoga. Like any good teacher, she takes the time individualize her yoga classes to meet the needs of her students.

I was very pleased with the classes at First United Methodist Church as well as my private sessions at Gabriele's personal studio.

No, they were very calm and understanding

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
