Have been going to Warren Dental Arts since I was a child....about 60 years. Today I tried to get an appointment because I had either lost a filling or broken a tooth and was in pain. The soonest they could give me was 2.5 weeks. The staff is friendly and professional but if they can't treat me when I need it most, I'll be going elsewhere

Due to CDC restrictions because of covid they could not perform 2/3 of my normal cleaning process, how ever they failed to inform me that when scheduling the appointment. I was not told till I arrived that they could not do the sonic cleaning or even polish my teeth. I informed them my insure=ance paid for a cleaning every 6 mo and I would wait till I could get the full service. A couple days later I got a bill for a broken appointment. thinking there was a misunderstanding I called. The person in billing said too bad pay it or I'll ad interest and send it to collections. I tried to explain that I wasn't informed at time of scheduling that I would not receive a full normal cleaning service. she said too bad pay it or I'll send to collections. She would not listen to me nor would she look into the matter or discuss it with anyone.

I think that their cleaners could do a better job. Also, I feel that Dr Crumb is inconsistent with his care. I had a filling fall out of a tooth and scheduled it to be refilled and rebuilt because it was cracked on the back. Being a professional I trusted his judgement. It was a bottom back tooth and in hind site should have been x rayed and pulled because it was dead but he did not x ray it and just filled it and rebuilt it.

Because he put the filling in wrong my gums were in pain and the tooth was sharp and brushing my tongue. I also had tingling in the back of my head because this rebuilt tooth was dead and sitting on a nerve caused this. I went down there early in the morning. I was nice and would have waited all day. I was informed he was "DOUBLE BOOKED" and could not see me FOR THREE WEEKS!?! I am a grown man and I was crying because it was affecting my jaw and ability to eat. To say I felt neglected is an understatement. Keep in mind I was a long term patient who paid cash and dress nice and have good hygiene.

This was an immediate problem that required attention. Luckily I got through a hellish period by going directly to Roswell who have the most compassionate caring people in the entire world. Thank god I am now in their hands. I had the tooth pulled and am slowly recovering and am looking forward to the deep cleaning they are gonna give me after they pull my stitches next week.

The people there are nice but you can and should get better care elsewhere.

Have been a patient with my family for years. I had a broken tooth and I called to see if they could schedule me in. I was told they would call me back shortly. That was at 8am. By 10:30am I called back and she said she hasn't spoken to the doctor yet. I called again at 2pm and she said the dentist hadn't come by her desk to see about an appointment but it would be 3-5 weeks. WHAT! It is an emergency and they waited all day and had me call back numerous times. I called around town and 4 other dentists were able to accommodate me the next day and not being a current patient. I went to the appointment and needed a crown and root canal. I went to Warren Dental Arts and wanted my records transferred. They said there is a fee. I asked to speak to the manager. Saw her and told her the situation. She agreed that i was treated poorly and then said "we can get you in today and pull it" UMMM, no, i don't want it pulled. What a joke. She said because of the issues they would transfer my records at no cost. 2 weeks later I checked with our NEW dentist and they hadn't received the records for my family. I called Warren Dental Arts. She called me back 2 hours later and said they were sent the day after I called. She said they must be lost. Are you kidding me! Losing our records. I do not recommend Warren Dental Arts!
