I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
