Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
