Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been going there for 4 or 5 years now and I NEVER had pain during a filling. I had a 4 tooth bridge 2 years ago and it turned out excellent. Very happy.

Alright. First of all, this practice is in the BASEMENT of a house. This is okay for some things (maybe a clothing store), but not a medical profession. It's honestly the shadiest place I've ever been to. On both occasions, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment (on time), the door was locked, NO ONE was there, and the secretaries would not pick up the phone - even though they called the day before to confirm my appointment. On one occasion, the secretary called two hours before the appointment I had made seven months in advance to reschedule it and refused to explain why. The dental assistants were rough and rude - one made my mouth bleed and then stared at me until I apologized TO HER. The dentist himself punched me in the arm as a way of greeting when he came out, like I was on his football team. Never go here. Completely unprofessional, awful service.

Dr. Marko's primary concern was my safety and comfort, and he took time to address every concern of mine immediately. He was easy to reach in an emergency. Price was extremely reasonable (I don't have dental insurance). Will go back!
