My initial visit was a wait of 45 minutes. My follow up visit was a wait of 50 minutes in a room where there is very little if any privacy. A supply case serves as a partition to separate you from the other dental chair which is in the same room. While I waited, I had to hear a patient who was shouting how "it hurts" over and over. My particular dental needs were discussed within the vicinity of the waiting room, therefore no confidentiality or privacy.
