Dr. Dunn and his staff are wonderful so kind and caring Dr.Dunn made me see dentists in a whole new light I USED TO BE TERRIFIED OF A DENTIST.....Dr. Dunn cares thats whats makes him all worth while...Cant wait till my next appointment...

HORRIBLE office! I had Dr. Dunn install a bridge on my 3 front teeth and was in pain for over a week! He told me i should bot experience any pain and if i do call him. So i called him 2 days later and told him i was in alot of pain he prescribed me tylenol 3 which didnt help with the pain. So i called back the next day to tell him the pain was only getting worse and he told me he had to readjust the bridge. Which at first he said i shouldnt feel any pain! That was on a friday evening so i couldnt see him that day to go get it adjusted. Then all weekend i called the emergency number on the office voicemail and all they kept sayimg was dr. Dunn isnt in till Monday go to the ER. So i was at the ER 2 times Saturday for the pain! Then on Monday i tried calling to make an emergency visit to get my tooth adjusted and now they are saying hes not in til Wednesday! So lets just say i wont be going back there again!

AVOID MT OLIVER DENTAL! The practice is unsafe and very unclean. They do not have a hygienist and the dentists do a poor job of cleaning. The dentist did not use the explorer (the metal tool with a sharp end to poke teeth) to check for cavities! I did get an X-ray but that is not a replacement for a manual exam. My partner went the following week and the dentist missed cavities easily identified by eye. They did a TERRIBLE job filling the cavity and did not clean the plaque out first! When he went back 3 days later for a root canal the dentist told me "I don't want an audience" as the reason I could not be present in the exam room. Well after 2 other invalid excuses. He ego was disgusting. In addition to EXTREMELY POOR care the dentists are incompetent and rude.

This office is the best. I have been treated by Dr. Dunn for many years and did not like the staff at the side south office. The ladies at the Mt. Oliver are the best.

Visits to the dentist used to be something to avoid at all cost. Dr.Dunn and his staff and collegues have changed that. Fees are more than fair.Pain during and after two root canals was so minor that keeping my mouth open was more of a discomfort. Dr. Dunns' chairside manor is top of the line.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
