Had partial plate made in July very poor fit and the tech who worked on trying to make it fit better got very frustrated when I kept telling her it did'nt fit properly. They didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
