Dr. Tim Burns has been mine and my kids dentist for 10 yrs. so sad to hear his passing I was just there last thursday March 19 my deepest condolences and prayers to his family for their sudden tragic loss

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Timothy Burns should have his license revoked, if I could give less than half a star rating to this fraud I would. He stopped halfway through giving my son fillings and neglected to remove the plaque from beneath the fillings that he did put in. A month later I had to take my son into another dentist when one of these fillings fell out, only to find out that he had an infection from an improperly done procedure requiring a tooth to be pulled and the other 2 fillings had to be redone. Dr Burns was acting impatient, and irritated through the procedure. I'm in the process of consulting an attorney currently. It was almost funny when the other DDS said "We get Dr Burns mistakes in here all the time and he has been reported several times already." - Don't go to this guy, not even as a last resort

I was uncomfortable about going to a new dentist... and they didn't make that any better, if anything, they made me feel even more uncomfortable. His behavior made me feel very vulnerable, and extremely nervous. There was something just kind of creepy about his behavior. But that wasn't the worst part... he didn't seem to care about the level of pain his procedure was causing me. I kept trying to tell him it was uncomfortable, but nothing was done... he just said "we're almost done". Great- so I'll just sit there and try really hard not to cry. Thanks a lot.
I'd add one other thing... while I was waiting to finish up my paperwork, I over heard a conversation between him and someone else that really made me question his moral code. I don't want to speculate, but what I overheard made me decide to never go there again, and to actually take the steps to rate his business, which I've never done before.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. when i left i noticed a staff member whipping down an instrument used in my mouth then handed to the dentist for another patient ! Doesn't that need to be sterilized properly?
