Ms Bateson seems like the least caring dentist I have ever encountered. She is a "distracted dentist" not paying any attention to what she is doing. She glued a crown onto my tooth that did not fit. I am having it replaced at MY expense. I even discussed her uncaring, arrogant attitude with her, but it did no good, Eighteen months after I saw her last, her office sent back an overpayment of $400!
