Terrible! I went to see Dr. Parsell today for the first time and I will never go back. In fact, I have had to file a complaint with my insurance company so that I can see another dentist immediately. I went in to see Dr. Parsell for a yearly checkup/cleaning. He polished my teeth really hard (until my gums were swollen and bleeding), and sent me on my way. He skipped all of the other steps that are usually part of a basic cleaning/check up. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. When I told him that my one and only filling that I had done over 10 years ago had cracked and was causing me pain, he said people's teeth crack as they age and not to worry about it until I'm older. I'm 29 and I've always had excellent teeth, but several hours after seeing Dr. Parsell for a basic cleaning, I'm still in a lot of pain.

It was my first visit to a dentist in years. After x-rays and a quick polish, he had time for two fillings. I was very pleased with service. I will be returning soon!

I and my wife have used this dentist for over 10 years every 6 mo. We have found the service and the work to be excellent, Rod will tell you how to save money on needed work. The pricing is also very good . Nothing is being provided to us for this opinion.

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid #fullname|business~this dentist# I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Not even other dentists but NUMEROUS people have advised me to stay away from this psycho. I've heard stories about him going to a patient's residence to collect money! Not only that but the verbal abuse suffered by adults and children under his care is abominable. I will never return. I hope no one else has to go through such atrocities.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.he stated he put in my authorization for my dentures and never did.called me yelling and said i made a complaint against and i never did.well this time i did and would not send a animal to his office.,.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. He also collected my payment in full after he told me since i was out of state he would not take my insurance and that I would have to submit it myself, then to find out he collected on my insurance anyways, and I am now fighting with him and insurance to get reimbursed. Then when I got my tooth pulled he gace me a shot of novacane and two minutes later he was pulling my tooth. This guy did not even wait for the novacane to set in. Then when I said something about it he said just a few more seconds and we will have this tooth out. It was the worst pain I have ever felt, I felt sick afterwards and was shaking so bad because it hurt so bad. Never, Never again will this guy get near my mouth.

Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain
