Terrible experience with this Dentist. They rushed through my cleaning, my gums hurt for days. On top of that, they charge my insurance 400 just for a cleaning, and of course my insurance only paid 200 (which is what it's supposed to be)… I got a second opinion and that dentist found another cavity that BFD completely missed. They even have a 48 hour cancellation period, like, really? During COVID? I'm never going back, way overpriced.

Bexley Family Denistry are excellent people. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience much better. Our family is impressed with the quality of service and attention they give us. We have been going to them for 5+ years.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
