I take my girl to the dentist today what an experience! We were in the room for approximately five mins and was told to go to another dentist. My daughter was shy and is shy. She's not going to sit down and open her mouth to a dentist that is not even trying to talk to her. Meet the impatient dentist who told us to go somewhere else. Literally walked out said I don't have time to sit and chat with a child today. So I stood up took my girl and said well I don't have time to be here with you all! So I'm leaving! Not only where they rude and impatient they are far from kid friendly. The office had no kid magazines, no kids stuff. It was surprisingly not kid friendly! I use to go here as a child, when Dr. Thebes father was in charge he definitely was a kind man! Times change that's for sure

They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
