It's fairly easy to get an appointment time, however, those with day jobs can expect to take time off, as late afternoon/evening appointment hours are limited. The staff is very friendly and accomodating but don't tend to give any information about how much a procedure will cost beforehand unless you specifically ask. However, they are very flexible with payment terms. Overall, I've been very happy with the service and procedures provided and recommended them to several friends.

Do be aware that there seems to be no emergency contact number, so if you have a problem outside of normal business hours, or after they close at noon on Friday, you're stuck until the next business day.
