Although I have not had any problems with my tooth since receiving a root canal, I will say that the professionalism in this office is completely nonexistent!! They were cracking jokes and insulting each other during the treatment, and some of the staff was just standing over top of me watching him work!! Doesn't she have anything better to do? I believe that they could be much more professional. At times, I wondered if they were even paying attention to what they were doing?! I think they need to learn how to properly show respect for a paying customer!!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
