Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
