I got a mailer for an exam and cleaning for new patients for $29, i knew it was low but i've seen offers like that before. I went in looking for a new dentist and to see what kind of service they provide and what i got was a swindling. I got an xray which i didnt even need becos i had already informed them that i only came in for cleaning, the dentist spent a couple of minutes with me, didnt even try to CLEAN anything and told me that i need a deep beneath the gums cleaning after which she showed me a video and had one of associates ask me to pay first before telling me a deep clean will cost $1470.00. I wasnt expecting much but at least to get my teeth cleaned according to what the coupon said, instead i got a dental exam for $29. I plan to get my money back by any means necessary

Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

A few, but not too many

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Not at all, other dentists have told me to avoid him/her

No, it was fine
