I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I have been a patient of Churchville Dental, specifically with Dr. Raymond Lioi, for many years as well as the rest of my family in the area. I think he's the nicest and kindest dentist and genuinely cares for the well being of his patients. All questions were answered which made me feel very relaxed and confident in his abilities. Last time I was there I had a molar pulled because a large portion of the tooth has broken off. Dr. Lioi took his time making sure all areas around the tooth were numb & when the tooth was pulled, all I felt was pressure on my jaw. You will not be disappointed by the treatment by the excellent staff & dentists there.

It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
