One star because Jan at the front desk was helpful. Went to get my Botox xrays. I'm in a wheelchair, the tech told me to move up, I did, then told me to move back to put the apron on me. I have had a stroke and have limited mobility. Moved back, then forwards to bite on the thing. I'm too short and can't reach the thing. She asks me to stand up, I can't, that's why I'm in a wheelchair. She asks me to move back again. I ask her, why don't you just put me where you want me. She snapped and said, I can't do that, that's not my job. I pushed myself backwards and said I'm done. Apparently she thought I meant for her to stand me up..I told her no, just push my wheelchair where you want it. She snatched the apron off of me and I called her an idiot.first and last visit to this place. Would not recommend to anyone. Apparently they need training for people that have handicaps.

Do not ask any questions. If you do the staff will be rude and refuse your continued treatment. They are rude to elderly clients and don't like explaining what they are doing to them. If the client ask for a relook by another dentist they will not allow you back to their pratice. If they owe you a refund they will be in no hurry to get your money back to you. If you have a problem with the dental work they do and a filling comes out and you've ask for a 2nd opinion they will not repair the work OR refund the money they charged for their services. The hygentist is rude to elderly people and appears to have a chip on her shoulder. If you call to speak to the office manager or anyone they will make you hold for over 30 minutes. This office is unprofessional and my mother will never step foot in this pratice again.
