I took my daughter here after she complained about a problem with her tooth. The dentist was good, she explained everything as she did it. She talked to my daughter and was very understanding. I was quoted one price and then that number tripled. I asked for a copy of the bill before I paid it at the front desk. The person got rather annoyed and suggested I just pay it now. It was a rather embarassing situtation because I felt the bill was off and I was not trying to excape paying my bill. She was rather loud and rude in front of those people that were in the waiting room. I took the bill home and found an error. I was charged for a service that was never provided. When I asked them about the billing error; they acted as if removing it was doing me a favor. When I recieved the fixed statement I sent payment for the amount listed. The next bill I received had a sticker on it saying that my account was past due. I paid the entire amount off my last bill, but because they did not recieve the amount they planned on from my insurance they decided that amount was overdue. Overall the dentist we had was a good dentist, but the people working in the billing dept and the front desk are certainly not people I would want working for me. I will not be returning and would advice you if you use this dentist to look over your statements before paying.
