They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. I have called their emergency line twice on weekends, due to my neglect, and Dr. Lee returned my call within the hour. He even came in on a weekend to recement my crown. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. I have been back several times since, the office is one of the most friendly and helpful staffs I have ever seen. The hygienist is wonderful!

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though.

I recently made an appointment for a routine checkup. The location is convenient and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and so was Dr. Lee. I was very happy with my cleaning and subsequent dental work. The office appeared very thorough and clean. They sent in my insurance forms.
The insurance did not cover the entire cost of the visits but I am not sure if this might not have been the case no matter who I would have seen. This is why I did not give them 5 stars for Insurance coverage and costs.
I will definitely return to this office in the future.
