The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. He's a very good dentist and knows how to deal with people who are scared of the dentist- bends over backwards to do what's needed without charging an arm and a leg.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
