It is plain to see that this dentist's major concern is money and not customer service. His communication skills are lacking. He is NOT an in-network insurance provider which means they can charge more than a network provider would charge. When asked about rates and how much a very expensive procedure would cost out of pocket, the dentist immediately got defensive and asked if I wanted an argument, unbelievable! The next thing I received was a letter stating I was being dropped as a patient. What does Skeirik have to hide? Greed. I typically waited from 10 to 20 minutes in the outdated hallway waiting room before I was seen. I would NOT recomend Dr. Skeirik's practice to anyone seeking an honest dentist .

This is a very friendly, professional local dental office. The staff is awesome - always cheerful and helpful. Dr. Skeirik is a great guy with a personal touch. The antique building (a converted house) belies the totally modern equipment and state of the art procedures inside (e.g. sterile plastic covers over all equipment that touches a patient; computerized/digital x-rays and graphic analysis; patients are even given protective eye shields to guard against 'splashes.' Dr. S. always takes the time to explain options, and reasons for procedures. I've had several crowns done here and have never felt pain or experienced ill-fitting or loose "temporaries." The staff is well versed in dental plan coverage allowances and is able to tailor treatments to maximize benefits. I would highly recommend Dr. Skeirik's practice to anyone.
