I think everyone is this office is professional, friendly and very compassionate! The atmosphere is great and I am always asked about my family. They even give me blankets when I am cold! They were very accommodating and I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Doctor Valente's office always gets me in quickly. They are very friendly, from the front desk to the assistants. I had a toothache and they fixed it with a root canal and got me out of pain. Doctor Valente called me herself that night, which was a nice personal touch.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning was ok but no worse than any other place I have gone. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never want to go anywhere else. I have had bad dentists in the past and this is the first dentist that I have went to that does not cause me pain. They always give me enough novacaine and give it time to work

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so great with ,my 5 yr old step-son who was there for his first visit. At the end of the apt, he asked the Dr. if he could have a sleep over at her house! I guess he really liked her! I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

This dentist (I believe) told me I had "cavities" that were nonexistent or very small, and everyone in our family left having to go back for many fillings. Several instances she told us the number of cavities were in the double digits! Currently, I have had to get 2 of these fillings fixed because they were too large and created fractures in my teeth, and had to be fixed with crowns. She also was not very compassionate and I had a lot of emotional distress dealing with her. I would NEVER recommend this practice.
