They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

A couple, but not very many

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
